These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and FB Global Value LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, with a principal address at 1385 Hwy 35 #226, Middletown, NJ 07748 ("Company," "ShopMySetup," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ShopMySetup platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, clicking "I agree," accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and are legally bound by these Terms, whether or not you have registered an account.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update such information as necessary.

3. Description of the Service

ShopMySetup is a technology platform only that enables users to create interactive images and public setup pages containing links to third-party products, services, or websites ("Setup Pages").

Company does not act as a marketplace, broker, reseller, advertiser, agent, or fiduciary, and does not initiate, control, endorse, or participate in any transaction or relationship between users and third parties.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of all content you upload or publish through the Service ("User Content").

You grant Company a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes only), publicly display, distribute, and otherwise use User Content solely in connection with operating, promoting, marketing, improving, and providing the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Promote illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activity
• Upload malware, phishing links, or malicious code
• Circumvent feature limits or access controls
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Misrepresent affiliate relationships or earnings

Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether content or conduct violates these Terms and to take enforcement action without notice.

6. Monetization and Earnings Disclaimer

Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding earnings, conversions, traffic, engagement, or financial results of any kind. Any analytics, metrics, or examples displayed are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute promises or projections.

Users acknowledge that they do not rely on Company in deciding to monetize content and assume all associated risks.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by third-party processors, including Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.

All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Company does not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or account downgrades.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform software, trademarks, and Service content (excluding User Content) are owned by Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Copyright (DMCA)

Company respects intellectual property rights. Copyright infringement notices may be submitted to legal@FBglobalValue.com. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.

10. Suspension and Termination

Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the Service.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, User Content, or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
